Ingredients

Lucknowi nawabi kebab Kehete hain kebab ka luft uthane ke liye waqt lagta Hain sahib ...uske nazaakat , uski roohaniyat aur wo dil ko chu Jane wala Zaiqa Ingredients : 250 gm black gramme 100 gm nutrinugget 3 tbps olive oil or refined oil 5 sliced onion 10 to 12 garlic cloves Green coriander Mint leaves for chutni with Veeba mayonnaise Masala preperation Take a pan over low heat , saute dagad phool ,tej pata , black pepper , bada jeera , chota jeera , badi elaichi , choti elachi , yellow pepper , javitri , Jaiphal , coriander seeds , star anise , khas ki jhad , red kashmiri chilly and salt Grind the masala well and cool them

Lucknowi nawabi kebab Kehete hain kebab ka luft uthane ke liye waqt lagta Hain sahib ...uske nazaakat , uski roohaniyat aur wo dil ko chu Jane wala Zaiqa Ingredients : 250 gm black gramme 100 gm nutrinugget 3 tbps olive oil or refined oil 5 sliced onion 10 to 12 garlic cloves Green coriander Mint leaves for chutni with Veeba mayonnaise Method : 1.Caramalised onion Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil , saute thin onion slices till brown on medium heat Once caramalised strain it and put it on absorbing paper to remove excess oil from brown onion 2. Black channa ( gramme) and nutrinugget In a pressure cooker put black channa (1 day prior soaked) , nutrinugget , salt to taste and water ( 1 cup) Put it on 3 whistles over pressure cooker Once the pressure cooker is cooled down remove excess water and strain nutrinugget and black gramme Take a pan and saute them with green chilly , jeera and dhaniya powder well Masala preperation Take a pan over low heat , saute dagad phool ,tej pata , black pepper , bada jeera , chota jeera , badi elaichi , choti elachi , yellow pepper , javitri , Jaiphal , coriander seeds , star anise , khas ki jhad , red kashmiri chilly and salt Grind the masala well and cool them Take a pan with 1 tbsp oil , saute masala mixture with garlic ,green chilly and ginger Mic the above ingredient with nutrinugget and black gramme and saute them well Add salt if required for taste Use a grinder to grind the nutrinugget and black gramme with masala and let it cool down Make kebabs and shallow fry them on lowest flame till brown crux comes on upper layer ... Garnish with onion , green chatni , chilly , lemon and specially Veeba mayonnaise on the plate to give a royal look .... Soft from inside and elegant from outside .. Lucknowi nawabi kebab
