Ingredients

Palak,peas, potatoes,,green chilli,adrak,butter,jeera powder,dhaniyan powder,salt,pink salt,chaat masala,garam masala,besan,hara dhaniyan,chopped garlic,kishmish,kasoori methi



Recipe

Hare bhare kabab Blanch palak and peas together Thoda namak ar cheene add karenge 1 min k baad Thande pani mai nikal le Strain well Mix it in jar well Now switch in the gas add Ghee and jeera Green chilly ,ginger, Add paste mixture from jar,Cook on high flame till dry.let it cool Add potato grated,Dhaniyan jeera laal mirch powder, Chaat masala, Garam masala, Kaal namak,Plain salt, Pudina patta,Hara dhaiyna,Besan dry roast,Add besan and now make balls of desired shape,Now fry them after coating with bread crumbs.
