Sweet potato millet tikki



Ingredients

Boiled sweet potato 2nos, Boiled Sama Chawal 1 cup, pink salt as required,red chilli powder,2tsp Amchur powder 2tsp, dhaniya powder 2tsp, Garam Masala 1tsp, Fresh chopped mint 2tsp, chopped coriander 2-3tsp, chopped green chillies2tsp, grated ginger 2tsp, bread crumbs 1/2cup, oil for frying



Recipe

Pressure cook sweet potato until done. Pressure cook millets with double the amount of water. Remove the peels of sweet potatoes & mash them. Add salt, red chilli powder, Amchur powder,dhaniya powder, garam masala, coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, grated ginger. Roll them in balls and coat them in bread crumbs, shallow fry them in oil and serve with Mint Mayo. You can serve them with Mint chutney and Mayo separately too.
