Recipe ingredients: Besan: 1/2 cup Rice floor: 2 tbs Urad dal flour: 1 tbs Curd: 1/2 cup Water: 3/4 cup Salt: as per taste Adrak Mirchi paste: 1 tsp Oil: 1 tbs Haldi: a pinch Eno fruit salt: 1/2 tsp For seasoning: Veeba sandwich spread, Schezwan sauce, mint Mayo. Processed cheese Sev Butter: 2tbs Onion Locho masala mix
For preparing batter: 1. In a bowl, add flour, curd, and water. Mix properly and let it rest for half an hour. 2. Now add salt, Adrak Mirchi paste, haldi, oil, Eno and whisk the batter properly. 3. Pour the better in plate n put it in hot steamer, sprinkle Locha masala over it. Steam for ten minutes. Locho is now ready! For serving: 1. Place some locho over parchment paper and add butter. Pound it well and spread/flatten the Locho. 2. Apply Veeba sandwich spread, Schezwan sauce and mint Mayo over it. 3. Sprinkle grated cheese, masala and roll the Locho. 4. Now drizzle all spreads, grated cheese, Sev, Anar/Pomegranate. Serve hot with onion.
