Ingredients For Ragi chaat 1. Ragi (Sprouted) - 1 bowl 2. Cucumber - 1 tbsp 3. Onion - 1 tbsp 4. Mixed seeds - 1tbsp 5. Dried Cranberry - 1 tbsp 6. Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp 7. Coriander - 1 tbsp 8. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp 9. Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon 10. Salt - as per taste 11. Chat masala - 1/2 tsp 12. Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp 13. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp 14. Pomegranate - 2 tbsp 15. Honey 1 to 2 tsp (as per taste) For mint chutney 1. Mint leaves - 1 handful 2. Onion - quarter onion 3. Garlic - 5 cloves 4. Curd - 1 tbsp 5. Salt - as per taste 6. Chilli - 1 small chilli 7. Coriander
Method Ragi chaat 1. Sprout the ragi (regular process) 2. Steam ragi for 10 minutes 3. Cool down for 5 mins 4. In a bowl, add Ragi, diced cucumber,diced onion, mixed seeds, dried cranberries, grated ginger, pomegranate, coriander, chilli powder, lemon juice, chaat masala,cumin powder, amchur powder (dry mango powder), salt and honey 5. Mix all the ingredients well 6. Serve with mint chutney For mint chutney 1. Add mint leaves, onion, garlic cloves, curd, salt, chilli and coriander in a mixer 2. Make a fine paste 3. Ready to serve
