Chicken Shaami Kabab



Ingredients

Chana dal 150g, Boneless chicken 200g, whole spices ( black cardamom, green elaichi, cinnamon, bey leaf,clove, black pepper,whole red chillies, sauf), jeers, onion, salt turmeric powder, garam masala, chat masala, chilly flakes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, egg, oil, coriander powder, ghee, charcoal



Recipe

1.Soak chana dal for 3 hrs 2.Boil boneless chicken with chana daal, whole spices, garlic, clove, ginger, onion, whole red chillies, salt,turmeric , coriander powder in pressure cooker till 3 whistles 3. After boiling, keep the above mixed ingredients to cool down 4. Grind the above ingredients in a mixer, after grinding add garam masala powder and chat masala powder, lemon juice, chopped mint leaves & coriander leaves and 1 table spoon of ghee 5. Mix the above ingredients 6. Add smoke flavor with charcoal 7. Roll tikki shape of the above...tikki shape is our kabab 8. Make egg dip by whisking a raw egg with salt, chat masala and red chilly flakes 9.Dip the above kabab(raw tikki) in egg dip and cello fry it in pan 10. Cook ( cello fry, slow flame) each side for 3 minutes.Delicios shaami kabab is ready to consume.
