All I used is, Paneer Noodles Cornstarch Gram flour Red chilli powder Turmeric powder Garam masala Cumin-Coriander powder Ginger garlic paste Kasuri methi Lemon juice Curd (spoonful-only if needed for marinating paste) Salt Oil & pinchful love🥰
✔️ In a bowl, add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, kasuri methi, salt and a little bit oil. Mix everything together, add spoonful curd if needed to make a paste. ✔️ Cut paneer in a rectangular shape. Add paneer into the paste. Mix gently. Make sure that all paneer pieces are well coated. Give it some resting time. ✔️ meanwhile, boil noodles in a hot water with little bit salt and oil. Don’t overcook noodles. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent from overcooking. ✔️ Transfer noodles into the dish and sprinkle cornstarch ✔️ Take one marinated paneer piece, and roll with noodles gently. Repeat the same process with all paneer pieces. ✔️ Deep fry in hot oil on a medium heat until golden brown and crispy. ✔️ Delicious paneer noodle spindles are ready to serve. Serve them hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
