Mandua flour ravioli



Ingredients

Ingredients:- For ravioli:- Mandua flour 2 cup Wheat flour 1tbsp Salt to taste Oil 1tsp For sauce:- Chopped tomatoes - 4 Chopped onions - 1 large size Chopped garlic 1tbsp Chopped green chili 1tsp or to taste Oil 1tsp Dried oregano 1tsp Black pepper powder 1tsp For Filling:- Grated paneer 1 cup Fine chopped spinach 1cup Butter 1tsp Black pepper powder to taste.



Recipe

First we need to prepare sauce. Heat oil in a pan add garlic and green chili and saute for two minutes. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper powder and oregano. Mix and add 1tbsp water and cook until tomatoes get soft and mashy. Preparation for filling:- In a pan add butter, garlic and green chili, saute until translucent. Add spinach and cook until all the water evaporates. Now add paneer mix and cook for 2 minutes, switch the stove and let it cool. Preparation for ravioli:- Combine the wheat flour, mandua flour, salt and butter and knead the soft dough using enough cold water. Divide the dough into an equal portion. Roll two balls into a 3" diameter circle like a poori. Place stuffing in a portion and cover with the second poori, press gently all over the circumference using a fork. Repeat and make all the raviolis. Boil enough water in a saucepan add 3 to 4 ravioli at a time and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes. Drain and keep aside. Make all the raviolis . Place ravioli in a serving bowl and pour the sauce, Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
