Veeba Peri Peri Noodles



Ingredients

Ingredients Water- 1 litre Salt- 1 and 1/2 tsp Oil- 5 tbsp Noodles- 1 Packet Cold Water- 1 glass Cabbage- 1 Bowl Carrot- 1 Bowl French Beans- 8 to 9 Sliced Onion- 1 Mixed Bell Pepper- 1 Small Bowl Chopped Garlic- 1 tbsp Veeba Peri Peri Hot Sauce- 3 tbsp Kashmiri Mirch- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes- 1/2 tsp Oregano- 1/2 tsp Chopped Coriander- 1 handful



Recipe

Process 1. Boil 1 litre water, add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. 2. Add noodles to it. 3. Boil for 5 to 6 minutes or until it reaches Al Dente stage. 4. Drain the Noodles and wash with cold water. 5. Cut all the vegetables in julienne (long strips). Heat a pan, add 4 tbsp oil. 6. Add Chopped Garlic, Onion, Cabbage and beans. Cook for a minute. 7. Add Veeba Peri Peri Hot Sauce to the mixture. 8. Add Kashmiri mirch, Chilli Flakes and Oregano. 9. Add salt- 1 tsp. 10. Add rest of the vegetables. 11. Stir for a minute at high flame. 12. Add noodles and coriander leaves. 13. Give it a good stir and its ready to serve.
