Fish haldi chilli with coconut rice



Ingredients

*seabass 200gm *Green chilli 10gm *Tomato ketchup 1tb *Ginger garlic paste 20gm *Cumin powder 1tb *Traumatic powder 1tb *Salt for teast *Black paper helf teaspoon *Banana leaves for baking Rice *Coconut greeted with milk 50gm Rice basmati 100gm



Recipe

•First clean the fish and marinated with ginger garlic paste green chilli turmeric red chilli powder cumin powder add tomato ketchup and salt . Take a banana leaves and put inside the fish and searing and bake for 15 minutes and take out with nice crispy skin tone . Garish with fresh coriander and banana leaves. Rice Take a suce pan add water and salt put coconut milk when boiling come then put rice and cooking soft in nature then mix with grated coconut and garnish with coconut. Served hot (influence by goan cuisine)
