Ingredients

Arbi leaves, besan( gram flour), tamarind, turmeric powder, red chili powder, satl, garlic paste, mustard powder, kashmiri chili powder, black pepper powder,cumin powder, coriander powder



Recipe

First of all we will prepare a better. For that in a bowl we will add besan, turmeric powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, tamarind pulp and some water to make it a wet dough ( better). After that, apply it on the arbi leaves like a better paste. After that, keep placing one leaf on top of the other in the same manner and prepare a layer of 6 to 7 leaves. Now, after gently folding the leaves from both the sides, make a roll of arbi leaves. Now steam these rolls in a steamer for 12 to 15 minutes. After steaming, let it cool down a bit and then cut it into small round pieces Now put some oil in a pan and fry it till it becomes golden from both the sides. Now we will make gravy for it, in bowl put 1 table spoon garlic paste, 1 table spoon mustard powder, red chili powder, Tumeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder and some water and make a solution. Now heat a pan, add mustard oil, then add red chillies and mustard seeds, after that add our solution in the pan, and then fry it for 2 min after that add some salt. And add 1 tablespoon of gram flour in it and let it boil then add Kashmiri chilli powder in it and let it boil again.. Prepare the gravy and then add it to the pieces of our patra in it. Finally your patra with bihari gravy is ready. Thanku you..
