FOR THE MARINATION (chicken and vegetables ) 3-4 chicken breast 1/2 cup curd 1tsp Coreinder pwd 1tsp red chilli pwd 1tsp turmeric pwd 1 tbsp ginger/garlic pwd 1tsp black pepper pwd 1/4 tsp garam masala 2tbsp oil 1tsp mixed herbs (while cooking the chicken and vegetables) Salt to taste VEGETABLES TO USE FOR TGIS RECIPE BELL PEPPERS ( red , yellow , green ) 1 large onion 1 large tomatoe 2 large chillies ( the one used for making Bhajji) FOR TORTILLAS 1/2 cup maida 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp baking pwd 1tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt Water as required Knead into soft dough
Cooking time :20-25 min Serves : 5-6 people In a grilling pan add 2 tsp of butter/oil and cook the marinated chicken breast and marinated vegetables until done. Add some grated cheese and mint Chutney for an extra taste cook it like a taco 🌮 crispy from both the sides and there u have it ultimately delicious and healthy meal.
